Well, last month was a little crazy.
We had an incentive from our awesome co-Team Managers, to be at $200 in sales by the 15th to be entered into a drawing for a freebie. (Which is awesome, they don't HAVE to do that, they just do because they are cool and generous and fun!)
I barely made it. It was a little embarrassing, to be honest! I just wasn't getting there and then I think it was the 13th when I finally reached $200. PHEW!
And then something crazy happened.
Two people on my team (in business terms, it's called a "downline"- I don't think that way, they are just great women I get to work with) started this month and had $250 launches! My TRV (team retail volume) jumped $500!
And then all of the sudden... I was in the running for Lead Consultant! LC is a pretty big deal to someone like me, who wasn't expecting much... it's the completion of the Fast Starts, it's cash bonus, it's "transition to leadership"... .yeah. The last week of October, this little glimmer of hope appeared, surprising me into really, really wanting it.
And then this amazing person came into my life and had a party of EPIC proportions. CRUSHED my previous Best Party Ever on record! :)
You guys....

Now, the reason for this post is actually not to brag about me. It's kinda like winning an award... there are SO many you need to thank. And they ALL deserve recognition. There is no possible way I would be here without my 2 team managers, who I am so lucky to call friends. They gave me advice and encouragement the whole way, even when self doubt came knocking!
Next up I HAVE to give a shout out to my little team- we are just 4 people doing our thing, putting a little extra money in the bank, and yet you might have to watch out for us :-) Pretty sure I have some RISING STARS!!!
Very very important to mention the people who put me here- my clients and friends and family that not only support what I do, but share my love for Jamberry (and pretty nails) and who's support actually got me the title. I am BEYOND thankful. I get to do something I love, at home, every day. My daughter gets to see my face (and I hers) every waking hour and I LOVE IT. Thank you!
And lastly... yup, I'm gonna go there... thank you so much to my husband! He has always supported me in whatever I chose to do, sometimes DESPITE what I chose to do, and he has been my rock in this process of starting a business, learning the ropes, etc.
In general, I am just one happy camper right now, with a lot of love for everybody.
Like I told my friend today (that I had over for nail demo, come on, of course I did!) ... I am so thankful I took that chance. Thanks, past Me!
